General Questions

Travel To Dreams Journeys LLC provides comprehensive travel planning services. This includes custom itinerary design, flight booking, all-inclusive resort packages, honeymoon planning, family vacation coordination, luxury escapes, and guided tour arrangements. We cover over fifty destinations across six continents and work with both solo travelers and large groups.

Our office is located at 16 N Boylan Ave, Suite 1, Raleigh, NC 27603. We serve clients throughout the United States and can plan trips to destinations worldwide. Walk-in visits are welcome during business hours, and we also handle all consultations by phone and email for clients who are not local to the Raleigh area.

Travel To Dreams was founded in 2018 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Over the past eight years, we have served more than ten thousand travelers and built a network of trusted hotel, airline, and tour operator partnerships in over fifty destinations. We offer a broad range of travel categories. Our most popular service lines include honeymoon and couples travel, family vacations, all-inclusive beach resorts, and adventure tours. We also plan luxury escapes, cultural immersion trips, and multi-city itineraries. Each advisor on our team has specific regional and category expertise to ensure high-quality recommendations.

Planning and Booking

An advisor will review your request and prepare a personalized proposal within two business days. The initial consultation and proposal are complimentary.

For international destinations and peak travel seasons such as summer or major holidays, we recommend reaching out three to four months before your desired departure. Domestic trips and shoulder-season travel can often be arranged with six to eight weeks of notice. Last-minute bookings are possible but may have limited hotel and flight availability.

Yes. We understand that plans change, and we build flexibility into our itineraries wherever possible. You can request date shifts, hotel upgrades, additional excursions, or activity swaps. Modifications are subject to supplier availability and any applicable change fees, which we will communicate transparently before processing any adjustment.

We provide guidance on visa requirements, passport validity rules, and entry documentation for every destination in your itinerary. While we do not process visa applications directly, we direct you to the correct consular resources and timelines so you can secure the necessary documents well before departure. Our all-inclusive packages typically cover round-trip flights, airport transfers, hotel accommodations, all meals and beverages at the resort, on-site entertainment, and select activities such as snorkeling or kayaking. Some packages also include spa credits, guided excursions, and room upgrades. The exact inclusions are clearly listed in every proposal we send, so there are no surprises.

Pricing and Payments

We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as debit cards and direct bank transfers. For larger bookings, we offer a phased payment schedule where you pay a deposit to confirm the reservation and the remaining balance closer to your travel date. All payment terms are outlined in your booking confirmation.

No. Every quote we provide includes a transparent breakdown of all costs: flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and any applicable planning fees. We do not add surprise charges after you approve a quote. If a cost changes due to supplier adjustments, we communicate the difference before proceeding. Transparency is fundamental to how we work.

Cancellation terms vary by supplier and booking type. Generally, cancellations made more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits. Cancellations within 30 to 60 days may incur partial penalties. We always communicate the specific cancellation terms for your booking before you confirm, and we recommend travel insurance for added protection.

Initial consultations and trip proposals are complimentary. You only pay when you confirm a booking. For highly complex, multi-country itineraries that require extensive research, we may charge a modest planning fee. This fee is always disclosed upfront before any work begins, and it is credited toward your final booking cost if you proceed.

Travel Support

We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip and can connect you with reputable providers who cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and travel delays. While we do not sell insurance directly, our advisors guide you through the selection process so you get a policy that matches your trip and destination.

Our logistics coordinator monitors flight statuses for active bookings. If a disruption occurs, we contact the airline on your behalf to arrange rebooking and coordinate any necessary hotel or transfer adjustments at your destination. Having a dedicated team managing this means you spend less time on hold and more time staying calm during unexpected changes.

Before departure, you receive a detailed travel packet with emergency contacts, your advisor's direct line, and local partner numbers at your destination. Yes. Airport transfers are included in most of our packages and can be added to custom itineraries. We arrange private car transfers, shared shuttles, or premium vehicle services depending on your preference and budget. Transfer details, including driver contact information, are provided in your pre-departure travel documents.

Absolutely. We have experience planning group trips ranging from extended family reunions of twenty people to corporate retreats for fifty. Group bookings often qualify for negotiated rates on accommodations and activities. We manage all logistics including room blocks, group dining, and coordinated transfers so the organizer can relax and enjoy the trip along with everyone else.

We work to accommodate all travelers. When you share your mobility needs during the planning phase, we select accessible hotels, ground-level room options, and activity alternatives that ensure a comfortable experience. Many of our resort and city tour partners offer wheelchair-accessible facilities, and we verify accessibility standards before including any supplier in your itinerary.
